Our Story

Since 2003, Bread of the World Commission (BWC) has been dedicated to advancing the Gospel in Haiti, reaching communities where few are willing to go.

Focused primarily in the Southeast region, we support five churches—Butte Boyer, St. Mark, Terre Blanche, Mare-Mirande, and Terre Longe—by providing doctrinal, spiritual, and financial aid to local pastors who serve faithfully in these challenging areas.

Our mission

To empower every believer to support the unfortunate, feed the hungry, clothe the needy, fight illiteracy, and care for the widows.

Our vision

Our vision has always been clear: through the power of the Gospel while actively caring for the "least of these" (Matthew 25:40). We believe in complete transparency, ensuring that nearly every dollar entrusted to us goes directly to the mission in Haiti. With minimal administrative costs, our commitment remains steadfast—to equip pastors, strengthen churches, and bring lasting transformation to Haiti through the love of Christ.

Winning communities in the Caribbean to Christ through revolutionary spiritual, intellectual, financial and social impact.

Our Values

Our values at Bread of the World Commission (BWC) are based on biblical principles and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

We look to these values as instructions that guide our actions each day.  They keep our focus towards our neighbors, especially the ‘least of these’ according to Matthew 25.

 INTEGRITY

We serve with ethical principles, honesty and moral character for the advancement of God’s Kingdom

COMPASSION

We strive to love our neighbors as ourselves.

FAITH/FAITHFULNESS

We take God at His word. If He says it, then it is so.We run the race in hopes to hear “Well done good and faithful servant” from Christ at the end

SELF-CONTROL

We exercise self control through the consistent reading of the Bible, praying and meditating on God’s word.
